In other to start processing dairy products, Lacteos Valencia would have to go through different varies of inspections by an FDA agent as well as having the retail space meet the standards the washington department of agriculture demands. On an interview with one of the owners Heladion Valencia said "I'm excited that we finally have our final peice of equipment shipped to us, it's like the last piece to form a puzzle."
